It was 25 years ago this year that the Dale family decided Jean’s passion for baking delicious quiches was more than just a hobby. Jean and her daughter Mandy began baking quiches on the family farm to use up cracked eggs and supplied the local deli. 25 years on, we produce over 90 tonnes of quiche per year using the same traditional baking methods, as well as over 14 million canap├ęs and finger foods.
